Privacy policy

We take your privacy seriously. This page explains what personal data we process, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We follow the GDPR and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll.

1. Who is the data controller

The controller of your personal data is Ing. Jana Ferenc Perníčková, company ID (IČO) 04644140, registered at Heroutice 1, 257 56 Neveklov, Czech Republic („Farma Heroutice“).

You can reach us any time at [email protected] or on +420 734 255 855. We have not appointed a data protection officer, the law does not require us to.

2. What data we process

Data from the contact form

When you send us an enquiry, we process what you type into the form yourself:

• your name,
• your email address,
• your phone number (optional),
• the date you have in mind and the approximate number of guests (optional),
• the text of your message.

We neither ask for nor need any special category data. Please do not send us identity numbers, document numbers or health information in your message.

Technical data about your visit

The server the site runs on (Cloudflare Pages) processes, under its own terms, the ordinary technical data needed to deliver a page, such as your IP address and browser type.

If you consent in the cookie bar, a Meta measurement script (the Facebook Pixel) also loads. It tells us how many people reached the site from our posts and ads. Without your consent it does not load at all and measures nothing.

3. Why we process it, and on what basis

• To answer your enquiry and talk to you. The legal basis is steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• To conclude and perform a contract for hire of the estate, should you choose us (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To meet legal obligations, typically retention of accounting and tax records (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not use your data for marketing emails or profiling, and no automated decision-making takes place.

4. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that came to nothing: up to 12 months from the last message.
• Enquiries that became a booking: for the length of our dealings and 3 years after (the limitation period).
• Accounting records: 10 years, as Czech VAT and accounting law requires.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we pass it to no one who would use it for their own purposes. We use only the processors without which the site would not work:

• Web3Forms delivers your form message to our inbox.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and serves it to your browser.
• Google provides the availability calendar, the map in the „Getting here“ section and web fonts.
• Meta Platforms measures traffic from Facebook and Instagram, only with your consent.
• Our email provider, in whose inbox we read your message.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer rests on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Cookies

Essential

We store a single essential item in your browser, namely the record of what you chose in the consent bar, so that we do not ask again on every visit. You can clear it at any time along with the site’s data in your browser.

Marketing cookies, only with your consent

If you choose Accept, a Meta measurement script (the Facebook Pixel) loads and sets its own cookies. We use it to see how many people reached the site from Facebook and Instagram. If you choose Essential only, the script is never added to the page.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. The bar will appear again and you can decide differently.

The availability page loads content from Google Calendar, and every page uses Google Fonts and icons from a CDN. Those providers may set their own cookies under their own policies.

7. Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have the right to:

• know what data we hold about you and get access to it,
• have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed,
• ask for erasure (the „right to be forgotten“),
• ask us to restrict processing,
• receive your data in a machine-readable format and move it elsewhere (portability),
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out.

An email to [email protected] is enough. We will deal with it within one month at the latest.

8. Security

The site runs over encrypted HTTPS only. Access to enquiries is limited to the few people who actually deal with weddings on the farm.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for instance when we change the tools we use. The current version always lives at this address, with the effective date shown at the top.
